Estate MVP is in pre-launch review. Its Terms, Privacy and Refunds pages are drafts, not finalized commercial policies. Account information supports sign-in and workspace access. Optional workspace questions support aggregate product research and never affect property matching or pricing. The service records screen use, research history, walkthrough progress and provider usage to operate the product and understand costs. Financial and minimal sponsorship anti-repeat records may be retained after workspace deletion. By continuing, I acknowledge this pre-launch notice.
